TRIBUTES: Gifts and flowers were left outside the east Orange house where the child was found.A mother has been charged with murder following an investigation into the death of a toddler in Orange earlier this month. The 40-year-old woman was rushed to Orange hospital in a semi-conscious state when police were called to her home on August 1. Police, who were contacted by a concerned neighbour, found the three-year-old girl dead in another room. The woman had been held in Orange hospital where she was undergoing a medical evaluation.
