Disappointing News. The Senate Hearing was just used to validate the views of those seeking to remove the equal shared parental responsibility provisions of the Family Law Act. Like listening to repeated “Dorothy Dixer” type questions designed to allow the respondent to repeat their position formally into Hansard records.

We’re heading back into the even worse days of the 80’s, 90’s.

Perhaps we should put forward a proposal if the Court is going to remove a parent’s Shared Parental Responsibility then that necessitates the removal for the requirement to pay child support as well Not such a stupid idea??
