UN says WA breached dad’s rights
The attached article was found in the Sunday Times (WA) 31/1/2016 which I bet never see’s the light of day on mainstream SBS, ABC, 7, 9 and 10.
The woman’s abduction of the child was aided and abetted by the Australian Embassy staff, paralleling that of Australian Embassy staff in Italy aiding and abetting the abduction of children from the father a couple of years back.
Is this standard procedure now in all Australia’s Embassies?
WA chief Judge Stephen Thackray publicly attacked the UN by stating their case relied on “misleading” information, yet the Family Courts of Western Australia granted this woman custody of the child based on unsubstantiated and unproven allegations of domestic abuse alleged by her.

I was the author of this UN complaint. You can read mor about it and submit petition to gov. on: http://remedy.org.au/action/zoltowski.php The UN Decision is here: http://tbinternet.ohchr.org/_layouts/treatybodyexternal/Download.aspx?symbolno=CCPR%2FC%2F115%2FD%2F2279%2F2013&Lang=en
Do not take seriously what j.Thackray said. Nobody asked him anything? There were two parties to UN matter: myself and the Australian Government, theAttorney General in Canberra who liased with WA Central Authority, the very lawyers from State Solicitors Office , who were running my son’s cases. The evidence was there-The UN made appropriate Decision. The ball is now on the Australian Government side: do they want to be human rights defenders or do they want to be the violators. That’s all to it. No need for sarcazm, hon.Thackray and State Solicitor’s Director Ilse Peterson.

I wrote a letter to the Queen, so the Governor General conducts the investigation of the matter. The Queen replied to me on 5th February 2016, where she says , that she passed the letter with such request to the Governor General.
