When the Family Law Pathways Group was first announced, many eagerly awaited more detail, especially the names of those, who would participate in the forum.
For the first time we thought the Government may be on the right track and would appoint a good cross-section of people from all the interested parties – those representing men, women and children. Instead, the membership composition of the panel causes great concern. There are no representatives from men’s/fathers groups, yet there are representatives from women’s groups, one of whom has recently spoken out publicly to vilify fathers, who are low income earners.1 There others who are known by their allegiances to favour a radical pro-feminist regime that is, by its very nature, anti-father and anti-family.
